Arcelia & Nick are a successful partnership team with years of experience licensing business systems to senior executives and supporting their continued success in alternative career strategies. Before coming on board as founding members of PBA's UK operation, they were also founding members for the successful Action International UK coaching franchise and currently own an Action franchise in Miami.

Nick previously had a 30 year business career in corporate life in senior Marketing, Sales, Operations and Managing Director roles for the leading global companies Procter & Gamble and Seagram-Universal. There he developed strong leadership and business building skills operating multimillion revenue businesses in multiple countries and business communities.

Arcelia brings business experience gained over 25 years in a variety of marketing and management positions in international organisations such as Ogilvy & Mather. Alongside these activities she also founded and ran her own business in the printing arena, and built a successful enterprise with million dollar revenues, operating for 15 years.

James Dove

Before joining Personal Business Advisors, James Dove enjoyed a career in the recruitment, IT and telecoms industries, working closely within Human Resources divisions at executive level. Here he learnt firsthand the dilemma of most senior "baby-boomer" executives who are being disenfranchised from their long term career security and their final earnings potential.

Subsequently his career led into the franchise industry where he not only was involved in operating a franchise himself, but also worked for the franchisor as a business developer and trainer. He was then approached by Personal Business Advisors to help initiate PBA's UK operations, which he now runs as the founding Senior Adviser. James enjoys the power of the PBA system to help so many senior executives with alternative career strategies to traditional employment.
